Creating a case
Add a before & after case, upload image pairs, set categories and (in Pro) treatment details.
A case is a single before & after story. Each case has at least one before/after image pair, a category, and — in Pro — additional pairs, treatment details and annotations.
Add a new case
- Go to Before After Gallery → Add New Case.
- Enter a case title.
- In the Before & After Image Pairs box, upload the before image and the after image for the main pair.
- Choose one or more categories (or create a new one).
- Click Publish.
That’s all you need for a working case in the free plugin.
Multiple image pairs (Pro)
With Pro you can add unlimited additional image pairs to a single case — useful for multiple angles, stages, or sessions.
- In the case editor, use Add Image Pair to add another before/after set.
- Give each pair a label (e.g. “Front view”, “3 months post-op”) — labels appear in the viewer.
- Reorder pairs by dragging; the order is preserved on the front end.
Treatment details (Pro)
Pro unlocks per-case detail fields that power filtering and the Treatment Overview panel:
- Gender, Age range, Recovery time, Treatment duration, Results visibility, Procedure type
Set the relevant values for each case. Only the filters you’ve enabled appear in the editor. See Case filters for how these drive the front-end filtering.
Rich description (Pro)
Pro adds the full WordPress editor to cases. Anything you write becomes the “About this case” section in the case modal — add context, formatting and media.
Image annotations (Pro)
You can drop numbered markers directly onto a case’s images to highlight specific areas. See Image annotations.
Free plugin limits
The free plugin allows up to 12 cases and 4 categories (the “All” category doesn’t count). When you reach a limit the admin shows a notice; upgrading to Pro removes both limits.
